In water only 2 months per year, the other 10 months the vessel is stored on dry land with preserved engines, air conditioners and generator. The Intermare has remote-controlled air conditioning and heating. There are two air conditioners on the yacht, each with its own remote control. Exchangers were cleaned in 2023. New teak in cockpit- 2024. New steps for the walk-around- 2025. The left impeller pump on the engine is new, the old one was newly sealed, for backup.
